    The part was delivered to the correct apartment number but the WRONG BUILDING. And dealing with the customer service has been frustrating. They keep sending me proof of delivery by fedex that has a picture of a front door. But, it’s the wrong door, wrong building.

    The 5 22inch Lazy Susan solved my problem of multiple purchases because I couldn't see everything on the shelf. I mounted the Lazy Susan on the single shelf bracket directley to the shelf. Then added motion sensor lights and finally can see whats in the pantry. I am so glad i found Cabinet Parts where I could purchase the individual parts at a reasonable cost. Problem Solved I also purchased the 20 inch for a corner cabinet. All shelving very sturdy. Thank you.

    It was extremely hard to screw the pieces together, I stripped one and had to use the old one. Either the screws were not the correct size or the threads didn’t match. I got them in as far as they would go but I had to MacGyver it with thin strips of metal to fill in the gaps between the bottom piece & the wood shelf. If it had been the bottom shelf that broke it wouldn’t have worked. Fingers crossed it doesn’t break

    The instructions are trash. My sister and I have spent three days trying to figure out how to install this. It is currently hanging out of our cabinet because we cannot figure it out. I will have to hire someone to install. The company should not sell equipment without proper instructions or providing a you tube video link. Every link I have found does not feature the exact type of equipment

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
