    Great quality and everything is there to install except basic tools. One thing - according to instructions there was supposed to be a temporary retainer to keep the base inside the shelf. It wasn't there and when I pulled it out of the box the steel base fell to the tile floor. It is a sturdy base so kind of heavy but neither the base, floor nor a toe was damaged. :-)

    It was extremely hard to screw the pieces together, I stripped one and had to use the old one. Either the screws were not the correct size or the threads didn’t match. I got them in as far as they would go but I had to MacGyver it with thin strips of metal to fill in the gaps between the bottom piece & the wood shelf. If it had been the bottom shelf that broke it wouldn’t have worked. Fingers crossed it doesn’t break

    The instructions are trash. My sister and I have spent three days trying to figure out how to install this. It is currently hanging out of our cabinet because we cannot figure it out. I will have to hire someone to install. The company should not sell equipment without proper instructions or providing a you tube video link. Every link I have found does not feature the exact type of equipment

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
