    When ordering I read a review critical if the installation instructions and timeframe. Both turned out to be right on. Instructions leave a lot to be figured out ( starting with no parts list ) and the delays and protective care that created, coupled with overly optimistic projections made this more time consuming than anticipated. Too much promotional bull and not enough info or reality. Get real or go home.

    Poor instructions. Difficulty aligning. We were replacing the previous model and the design of this new version was not user friendly, especially w/o clear, detailed instructions.I do not expect it to hold up as well as the old model did.

    Although it was what I needed it was a little difficult for me to install. I did get it in but I am not a carpenter so it took me probably twice as long as it should. I am very happy with the results.

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
