  • 5 of 5 Exactly what I needed March 5th, 2025
by Christina from Cut Bank, MT

I ordered this as a replacement for my broken shelf. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. It fits perfectly and seems to be of high quality. I am very happy with the purchase.

3 of 5 Close but not quite August 20th, 2020
by Royce from Golden Valley, MN

When ordering I read a review critical if the installation instructions and timeframe. Both turned out to be right on. Instructions leave a lot to be figured out ( starting with no parts list ) and the delays and protective care that created, coupled with overly optimistic projections made this more time consuming than anticipated. Too much promotional bull and not enough info or reality. Get real or go home.

    2 of 5 Not What I Expexted September 23rd, 2022
    by Linda from Westchester, IL

Poor instructions. Difficulty aligning. We were replacing the previous model and the design of this new version was not user friendly, especially w/o clear, detailed instructions.I do not expect it to hold up as well as the old model did.

  • 5 of 5 Arrived quicker than I expected and was exactly what I ordered. August 6th, 2021
    by Lois from Laureldale, pa

Although it was what I needed it was a little difficult for me to install. I did get it in but I am not a carpenter so it took me probably twice as long as it should. I am very happy with the results.

They had the replacement part and delivered it quickly. Very happy with Cabinet Parts.

I love the heft and look of the bronze plates. My only concern is with the mounting screws. For such a large plate and for security matters the screws are only 1/2 inch long. They would be easy to pry off. I have bought 1 inch screws, (the longest that wo

we had significant difficulty deciphering the measurements needed. Cabinet parts develop drawings to illustrate the needed dimensions.
