by Gordon from Saint Petersburg, FLI ordered a pair to try over my previously purchased product because of price. When I received the order the right glide didn't work and pieces were loose from the glide. Cabinetparts sent replacement extremely fast and the 2nd pair, again, the right glide didn't work, but no loose parts. I just took the refund for my order. It took no effort to press the push to open drawer glide to see it's operation but that quality control aspect of the product was obviously missing on all parties. I'll stick with my proven product. I was really hoping!
