3 of 5 Fits but doesn't slide as expected January 27th, 2021

When I replaced the slides on one of my drawers (Don't forget to order new clips---the old ones didn't work) I have to manually push it shut. They work, just not as well as what I have. We greased the slides but it didn't seem to help. I sent a question to customer service yesterday but I haven't heard back yet.

by Nicholas from Acworth, GAI purchased 6 pairs of 15" Progressa+ drawer slides for a walnut dresser. Of the 12 slides, 5 were assembled incorrectly at the factory. This review page does not support attaching pictures, but basically the geared mechanism was assembled incorectly. On the 5 bad slides, the gears were off from 1/4" to over 1/2". The intended use was for inset drawers, and it's not feasable to have one side of the drawer to be 1/4" to 1/2" shorter than the other. I was able to disassemble the slide, re-align the internals and re-attach the geared slider to bring the slides into correct position using a 'good' slide as a reference. The quality of the slides is actually very good, just the assembly in the factory was bad. More troubling is that I've reported this on the Salice customer feedback site over a week ago, and have not had any response at all.

by Robert from TREMONTON, UTI ordered some of these, just in case, but did not need them for my project. They apparently provide a hole for the rear hook on a shelf that is too thin to drill the hole in the shelf. These come singly, so if you need them, order two for each pair of drawer slides.

These are very sturdy legs. I am using them as center supports for my latex mattress. They are easy to adjust and I feel confident they will last as long as the mattress. Delivery was prompt. I used another brand of support legs but they did not work out.
