by kenneth from Olympia, WAI was very impressed with Cabinet Parts for the rapid response in getting me the parts I needed! I got an exact match to the parts I was replacing..almost. This is more an FYI for the end user of any parts like this. The parts I received had the exact same model numbers as my old part, but over the years the manufacturer of the parts made a slight modification in the size of the part which affected the normal operation of the drawer glide. Length and height were the same but the new ones were a full 1/4" wider which changes the front mounting of the glide receiver. It took a minute to find the issue but once discovered was an easy fix. Cabinet Parts was not responsible for this issue! they sent me what I ordered in a very timely fashion and for a great price! Their customer service was also spot on! Thank you Cabinet Parts for a job well done!

There is something on the website to contact the manufacturer if you needed help - did they provide a website for support or a phone number - no And the plastic push to open device I could not find on the other companies website. I am stymied right now - disappointed with CabinentParts.com and have two drawers stuck open

I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
