The part they actually sent works fine. However, I'm giving this a 2 rating because they neglected to include the inner bracket that actually attaches to the inside of cabinet. I ordered this as a Full Assembly Hinge, and from how they advertise, both parts come included. And after contacting, they explained it's not offered as a pair.

One of my kitchen hinges broke. Husband said Idk where we could find one like it. Looked online and found cabinetparts and just like that...I had in 3 days. Thank you cabinet parts

When I started to find replacement hinges for my old cabinet, I couldn't figure out how they even worked or where I could buy them, I went to Lowes and after determining they did not have the item I was referred to Your company. I was able to install them without any problem.

I compared it to my old hinge and it seems the same. But the cup screws holes do not match and the hinge does not have the spring pushes it to close.
