    When I received my hinges the first time I did not receive all the parts listed in the product description. I used the "live chat" application to inquire about my missing base plates and someone quickly responded to tell me that they would send the base plates my way.

    I ordered hinges with the same finish as the one pictured on this page, the finish on the hinges that were sent was dark.

    These were the only hinges we could locate for a less than normal door thickness. The measurements were clearly posted and made it very helpful to order. Installed and worked great!
