    Ordered and paid for 20 pair and received QTY 2. Eventually rectified, but a lot of back and forth (warehouse not answering customer service etc.) on a time sensitive project.

    Easy to order the cabinet parts, however the order was short shipped as there seemed to be some confusion about each and pairs. This matter was promptly dealt with and we had the balance of the order delivered in a timely manner.

    I make cabinets and normally build for blum undermounts, but i had a specific need for 8" sidemount drawers. I originally purchased some very cheep 8" slides off amazon. They felt a bit weak and wonky and one of them bent and jammed almost immediately upon install. I paid a few extra bucks to get these as a replacement. They work. The lesson, don't cheep on slides.

    The only complaint I have is the packing of the slides. When I took the slides out of the box the plastic of the slides were broken on 3 of the slides. I was able to use without the plastic as I did not want to waste time sending them back. I will be ordering more slides so hopefully this is resolved. The slides worked great other than that.

    Would have given a five star except screws that are sold along with drawer slides are shipped from a different location, presumably by a third party retailer. Tracking says shipped by USPostal Service which is slow and unreliable lately. Been 2 weeks and
