The slider pair itself works flawlessly. The main challenge is ensuring all 4 ensuring all 4 components are perfectly level. The shipment was prompt and the support person I reached to clarify order details was responsive.

This is a good slide and I am keeping what I bought, but I wish I understood the designations better before I bought them. I did not understand the difference between self-close and easy-close or easy-slide. I thought I was getting the easy-close. I saved a third on the total cost though.

I'm a capable electronics technician, but definitely not a cabinetmaker. I needed to replace a failed glide in a drawer with heavy contents, and heard of the reputation of Accuride glides. Great video on how to measure and install, great product (far beefier than the original glide). I had some anxiety about the tolerances, after all this slide is thicker and taller than the original glide it was replacing. But no problem.

It really helps when the product pictures clearly show the variations of each type to make recognition easy. Everything I needed to know; details, sizes, price, was only one webpage away from the main menu. The mfr. could put easy to find part number and type on the pieces, but everything else was made good by the detail drawing where I found the length I needed.
