After a lengthy search for Blum cabinet hinges I finally contacted this company and told them what I needed. Someone called me back the next day after my order to let me know they didn't carry those but who send me something comparable. I received them and they fit perfectly. Thanks guys for all your help. I don't have a problem with the items, as they were as described. However, I have called 2x's and I've tried to start a return process through your website to no avail. The items I ordered were not the correct hinges that I needed and I need to return them. When I spoke to the girl at your office, she said she would start a return and that I should receive an email within 24 hours, it's been over a week and still nothing. I also tried several times on the website using your click buttons and still nothing. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and hopefully that will get your attention.

Soft close hinges fit and work perfectly. No more “nursing” bathroom cabinet doors closed to keep them from slamming shut. Happy camper here.

I do commercial maintenance. When the customer has partial overlay cabinets with a broken hinge I need an exact replacement, not whatever HD might have on their shelf.
