The quality seems ok, but there was an issue with the colors. 3 of the shelves are kind of matching on the colors, but the one was a lot darker than the rest. I requested a replacement and they denied it. I mean how much does it cost to keep a customer happy? I guess one shelve is too much! Now i am stuck with this odd one and will have to paint it with a dark color to cover it. Shameful that they dont go the extra step to keep customers happy.

The shelves were delivered within a few days of ordering with no problems. All brackets and hardware were included. I would definately recommend this company to my family and friends. I intend to order additional items in the near future.

by Mark from ERIE, PAThe shelves are exactly as advertised. Maple plywood with maple end caps. Unfortunately mine came with a few dings on them and I filed a damaged goods ticket. The auto response said I'd hear back within one business day. It's been two weeks. I couldn't wait any longer so stained the shelves and installed (the website the qr code sends you to doesn't actually exist) so going by the very vague paper instructuon, I installed the way I suspect they meant to be installed. Almost $200 for a plywood shelf and a lack of customer service makes me a little uneasy.
