The width of the shelf cannot be trimmed.The end user assumes all responsibility for any damage to the shelf caused by trimming it.

The quality seems ok, but there was an issue with the colors. 3 of the shelves are kind of matching on the colors, but the one was a lot darker than the rest. I requested a replacement and they denied it. I mean how much does it cost to keep a customer happy? I guess one shelve is too much! Now i am stuck with this odd one and will have to paint it with a dark color to cover it. Shameful that they dont go the extra step to keep customers happy.

The shelves were delivered within a few days of ordering with no problems. All brackets and hardware were included. I would definately recommend this company to my family and friends. I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
