The width of the shelf cannot be trimmed.The end user assumes all responsibility for any damage to the shelf caused by trimming it.

by Andrew from Atlanta, GADisappointing that these shelves are mostly composite/particle board, only the edge is real wood - luckily my intention was to paint them. I also found the bracket design to be very difficult to get tools and hands in the place to be able to attach them securely. Thought the provided hardware (screws) were pretty cheap too.

The quality seems ok, but there was an issue with the colors. 3 of the shelves are kind of matching on the colors, but the one was a lot darker than the rest. I requested a replacement and they denied it. I mean how much does it cost to keep a customer happy? I guess one shelve is too much! Now i am stuck with this odd one and will have to paint it with a dark color to cover it. Shameful that they dont go the extra step to keep customers happy.

3 of 5 Did not arrive in the best quality January 30th, 2021
by Cynithea from Smyrna, GAI purchased the paintable shelves in hopes I could do a stain and paint combo technique, however, the shelves were more particle board than wood. Then, imagine my surprise to receive 3 of the 4 shelves coming apart to where I hard to purchase additional wood or apply glue to hang them. Was far from the quality standards the site boasts. Disappointed considering they cost almost $500.

by Neal from Riverview, FLGood setup, good quality except for the lag screws. Design makes it difficult to use a screw gun to set the lags. The lag screws themselves are phillips head, cheap and strip out way too easily. Suggest switching out to hex head screws where you can use a socket extension to tighten the screws down.

Explained well online sizes etc. arrived promptly and was super easy to install. Like the system not too bulky and easy to keep clean. Love that I can have my recycle and trash in one spot now.
