    I purchased 6 pairs of rails. During install, removing drawer to tweak adjustment the lock rod came undone on 7 of the rails. A big chunk of change wasted. Purchased 6 pairs of side mount soft closing had zero issues.

    These draw slides work great. No issues with the push mechanism being finicky or the spring shooting out for "no reason" as seen in other reviews. Installation was challenging because Cabinetparts.com didn't have any installation materials (PDFs, videos, etc) on the site and, Salice's PDF guide was cryptic at best. Hopefully, someone who is more qualified than I am will create a proper install video for DIY'ers like myself to reference. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any jigs to setup the clips and slides which seem to be more common and available for traditional undermount draw slides like Blum so, be prepared to spend some additional time working through those additional measurements. All said and done, despite the challenging install, I'm extremely happy with the performance and quality of the product.

    Was there installation instructions? no Was there information on how to get help? no I installed the push to open undermount slide just fine - and it is great on push to open - maybe I needed to mention that I wanted it to close and stay closed after I pushed to open. There is something on the website to contact the manufacturer if you needed help - did they provide a website for support or a phone number - no And the plastic push to open device I could not find on the other companies website. I am stymied right now - disappointed with CabinentParts.com and have two drawers stuck open

    Can't say enough about the robustness of the Progressa+ undermount drawer slide. Love the progressive motion of the slide and I can see where this design will really handle the heavy items like the big pots and pans drawers and dual level flat wear drawers. The mistake I made was being in a hurry to get them ordered and missed the part about the locking devices not being included. So used to them being a full package I did not catch it. If there is a way to throw up and additional warning before you purchase these saying "Hey dummy you forgot something" that would be great. As it is I had to order an pair of locking devices for $8 and pay $10 to ship them.
