    When I first received my order, the hinge that was shipped with the pocket door slide that I ordered was not compatible. Customer service contacted the manufacturer of the pocket door slide and corrected the problem in a timely manner. I am totally satisfied with the follow up from customer service.

    Schematics would help. No measurements and/or no production number. And no freaking mounting screws. Salice should be proud of their mediocrity. Same for the bases. Makes it difficult to match an existing installation.

    Salice hinges are complex and not for the timid. Being timid and needing to replace some broken salice hinges i asked for help. my chat with Tony G. was what i needed to finish my task.

    Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
