The parts were recommended by their team, yet when it became clear the recommendation was incorrect, no one was willing to take responsibility. With sales and customer service operating separately, resolving the issue required endless back-and-forth and led nowhere. A very frustrating experience overall. I cannot recommend them.

This is a nearly perfect replacement for IKEA Magiker glass doors. The hinge fits perfectly in the hole. You will need new mounting brackets, and those are a perfect fit. And new caps. What is different - the trim cap is taller. The caps are not interchangeable - you can't use the old IKEA cap on this hinge. It's a minor difference for a long ago discontinued IKEA part. But, you'll need to buy a whole new set of hinges, not just the broken one. I love the clip / snap method of attaching these hinges to the mounting bracket. Oh and yes, it is complicated to figure out all the parts you need for the repair. No help there - just work through it on the website.

The part was good but you need to tell which base is needed with it and need to to provide a template or drilling instructions with it.
