The hinge on our most used cabinet door finally wore out after twenty plus years. I found what I needed at Cabinet Parts and was able to replace it myself after watching a YouTube video.

was trying to find a cabinet hinge that had broken after entering original part # I found out it was discontinued,but was sent to a replacement part and went through the instruction on the site which I found easy to understand and ordered replacement hinges which worked perfectly

I ordered these has replacement hinges. The hinges themselves are completely legit and fine. However, they didn't have the same screw alignment as the hinges I was replacing. Turns outside ordered the wrong hinges. When I called customer service to order the correct hinges, the representative was rude, short, and didn't even look up my order number or the hinge number. He just automatically assumed that's the correct hinge and didn't bother to investigate it with me and look for the correct hinge number. He just said that's all they had in stock. Again without even looking up anything. I ended up calling a competitor and ordered the correct hinges. So unfortunate, because I've had great experiences in the past with cabinetparts.com customer service. It's amazing what one person can do to ruin a customer's experience. Unfortunately, this sour experience will result in no future purchases from cabinetparts.com.

Although the website experience was really good, it is really great to find a part you cannot find anywhere else, I did not received the part. The company did send it but the delivery service deliver the package ripped without the part inside. Sad. I do not really think anyone would steel a cabinet hinge. I did complained but it is a hard situation because they did send the part. And although IO also complained with FedEx, they did not do anything. My assumption was that the envelop was ripped inside one of the trucks. Oh well..

Excellent customer service. Not sure about measuring for the correct cabinet hinge? Use their tool to figure it out or speak with one of their staff. Very responsive. Ordered hinges and they were a perfect fit. Took a bit longer than I had hoped for them to arrive but they were exactly what was needed. Excellent quality.
