    I purchased this item as a replacement for an older model. Alas, the mounting holes did not quite align with the older model. I will perform some minor metalwork and try to make do with it, because the hardware does do exactly what I want, but as a drop-in replacement for an older model, it's close, but no cigar.

    I was a bit concerned when I first started this project. Our existing cabinet hinges are over 25 years old, installed during our original kitchen remodel, and we had no original documentation for reference. The support team was excellent; they guided me through taking the necessary measurements and photos, and ultimately, they identified the perfect replacements.     We had a shipping issue, the box was damaged causing two of the slides to also be damaged. The customer service representatives we spoke to were fantastic. They were extremely helpful and resolved the issue quickly. We really enjoyed working with them.

    The drawer boxes are very well made and fit perfectly. But the holes in the back are slightly oversized, and I had to fill them with a bit of hot glue at assembly to make it work. Not a big deal, but should probably be drilled 6 mm instead of 1/4" .
