It was good, you had the right items and I had know trouble getting them. The only thing you could have done better was tell me the items where shipped in two different packages which came two days apart. I called & I was advised of the 2nd. shipment, which came that day. Thanks for the good job.

I ordered hinges with the same finish as the one pictured on this page, the finish on the hinges that were sent was dark.

We had a shipping issue, the box was damaged causing two of the slides to also be damaged. The customer service representatives we spoke to were fantastic. They were extremely helpful and resolved the issue quickly. We really enjoyed working with them.

The drawer boxes are very well made and fit perfectly. But the holes in the back are slightly oversized, and I had to fill them with a bit of hot glue at assembly to make it work. Not a big deal, but should probably be drilled 6 mm instead of 1/4" .
