    The hinge on our 12 year old cabinets broke and I was unable to find a replacement. The costumer service worked with me with emailing photos of the broken hind get to find the newly designed comparable hinge. I had spent months searching online and stopping into various hardware store. Within the same day of contacting Cabinet Parts customer service, the part was identified, I was provided links to the two component items and ordered them.
