The order came as expected with correct quantities and everything in new packaging. No damage was noted even with the weight of the material in the shipping box. Installation instructions were clear and copies contained with each set of drawer slides. I had no problems with installation of these slides which replaced flimsy OEM stuff in my kitchen cabinets. Price for the goods was excellent keeping in mind that the drawer slides are manufactured in the U.S.A. and not some sweatshop offshore. I'd rather pay a little premium and keep the jobs in the U.S.A. and maintain the quality than pay for cheap and be disappointed shortly after by faulty manufacturing or defective materials. In short, I'd buy from Cabinet Parts again, and will recommend to friends and others as the occasion arises!
