    Just installed and started using this soft close slide. Very happy so far, the slow close action is one of the best I've used. Have used other brands that make the drawer too hard to pull open but this KV is perfect. Nice closing action without a real hard open pull. I would recommend this product

    Can’t give a good review on a product I haven’t received. Received an email asking to click a link if I received the order, which I haven’t. Have received 2 other emails pushing the ship date out ANOTHER 2 weeks from a different warehouse. My last order was missing an order of screws. I doubt I’ll be using this company again.

    We ordered these sliders and the screws needed for installation. WE recieved the screws and told the sliders would be shipped shortly after that. Then recievied an email saying sliders will ship out the following week. Then recieved another email stating that they had to cancel our order.

    I realized they had sent a different part for one of my under mount latches. I called them and they sent the replacement part in just a couple of days.

    Easy to install. They were heavier (150#) than the originals(100#) installed in 2006. Very easy to pull. Excellent. W. O. B.

    Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
