A small plastic tab broke off that grabs the self closing hinge on first installation. Very frustrated because I could not reach a product service specialist anywhere after >1/2 hour of trying. Only on line sales who were of no help. On their website, there should be a link to troubleshoot or contact a product service specialist. Customer service and support should definitely be a consideration in any future orders from this company.

Good product, tricky install but the drawer works perfectly now. However packaging could be improved, the screws I ordered with the slides were loose in the box having come out of their container that was loosely packed in with the slides.

It would have been nice to note somewhere in the product description that no mounting screws were included. The manufacturer's installation instruction say that screws are included, but apparently not from here. The drawer slides themselves are nice enough, but I have to make a trip to the hardware store to be able to install them (I don't have time to order them and wouldn't want to pay the high shipping costs anyway).

I love the way the drawer closes. The reason we needed to replace the slides is because they were used for our garbage drawer which is located perfectly under the counter were we just open the drawer and side garbage into the plastic can below and what happen is as time went on the slider rusted, corroded and stop closing properly. What would be a proper lubricant to use to help stop the corrosion ??

We ordered these sliders and the screws needed for installation. WE recieved the screws and told the sliders would be shipped shortly after that. Then recievied an email saying sliders will ship out the following week. Then recieved another email stating that they had to cancel our order.
