  • 3 of 5 Wrong part October 6th, 2026
    by Scott from Rockville, MD

I worked with a specialist to order this part. However the correct part I should have been advised to order would include a "soft" closing capability. I'd like to return the part ordered and have Cabinetparts send me the soft closing version.

    1 of 5 NEVER RECIEVED May 4th, 2026
    by Eric from Troy, NY

We ordered these sliders and the screws needed for installation. WE recieved the screws and told the sliders would be shipped shortly after that. Then recievied an email saying sliders will ship out the following week. Then recieved another email stating that they had to cancel our order.

  • 1 of 5 Never received June 12th, 2026
    by Jennifer from Springdale, AR

Can’t give a good review on a product I haven’t received. Received an email asking to click a link if I received the order, which I haven’t. Have received 2 other emails pushing the ship date out ANOTHER 2 weeks from a different warehouse. My last order was missing an order of screws. I doubt I’ll be using this company again.

The product is fine. Dealing with the website, customer service and the return was pretty bad.
