These shims made for an easy install. The existing bore hole was not quiet deep enough to accommodate the Blum 39C. The shims provided just enough fill to allow a solid install. I had purchased a pack of 50 shims. I am not sure why the count for packaged hinges (60) is different from packaged shims(50). It would be nice if the count in the shim package matched the counts offered in the hinge package. At any rate glad I ordered the shims for this retro fit- save me a lot of time.

These people provide easy to find, accurate replacement hardware information - super hit and miss on Amazon - and they don't blow up their prices for doing that for you! I found the parts, double checked for accuracy on my end, checked out and didn't get robbed - all in under 5 minutes. They arrived promptly and I love that they weren't over-packaged. (I'm starting to feel guilty.) I installed and now my customers are happy! These hinges do have a nice slow close.

I have had the hinges installed for about a week now and they have been great! Sturdy, great quality, easy to install, and very nice soft close hinges. The biggest shout out though is to Sherry with the sales department. I shared with her photos of my previous hinges (they were not soft close), and she worked with me to find the perfect match. I could not have completed my DIY kitchen remodel without her help. Thank you Sherry!
