The product is of good quality. I received my order faster than I have anticipated. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong part/size. I returned the items and it was received by you on 3/9/15. I have not received any credit to my credit card yet. I sent an email requesting a credit and all I've received is this email about rating. I do understand that credit refund take long, but I have not received a reply to my email or a credit refund. Please let me know the status of my return. I believe that this company have a very good service. thanks

I purchased 26 hinges - arrived in one box with no extra wrappers or packaging. And that is just fine cause it saves money and reduces waste. All of the hinges open and close - that's what I asked for.

Happy with purchase. Good price. Hinges seem pretty solid. Installation was moderately easy (for a novice). Grateful for technical information about measurements (hole sizes, etc.) on website. That's helpful.

I’m not very happy the way the product was packaged. No paperwork with the product. Very hard too figure out the size’s.
