I can't really give you much of a review since I haven't even received the product yet! What I can say is that I'm tired of this crazy infatuation with reviews and "good" feedback. Here's my advice to you and every retailer in the world. Build a good product. Surround yourself with competent and trustworthy partners. (Like shipping companies) Provide high quality customer service. If you shift your focus to these things you'll have all the business you can handle and you'll never need another meaningless electronic review!

It took a while to get my items, but the builders grade slow close hinges I purchased fit perfectly and work perfectly. Thank you!

This is a good hinge, perfect for my project. There may be another one without the dowels but for me I just removed them and screwed the hinge on.

It wasn't their fault and they were helpful in finding a replacement but it wasn't the same hinge and I would have to drill new holes. I also have to pay part of the cost to return it. I'm not paying to return it and then driving 15 miles to a drop off location to return one hinge. It's not worth it.
