What I can say is that I'm tired of this crazy infatuation with reviews and "good" feedback. Here's my advice to you and every retailer in the world. Build a good product. Surround yourself with competent and trustworthy partners. (Like shipping companies) Provide high quality customer service. If you shift your focus to these things you'll have all the business you can handle and you'll never need another meaningless electronic review!
