The 38N hinges with the cover plate make a very attractive hinge. They worked great for the new cabinets I built for my kitchen. All of my hinges and drawer slides are made by Blum. Insulation was very easy with the dowels. Blum makes a great product.

I've just finished installing 80 of these in new cabinets. The soft close feature is amazing. The doors i built are fairly light so I disabled the soft close on 1 hinge on every door to get the action just right. It's like having a built in spare on every door if another hinge should fail. The hinges are very adjustable in all directions. It would have been nice if mounting screws were included and I spent way too long looking up the drilling dimensions on Blum's website, something that could have easily been included in the box.

The product was shipped and received in a timely manner [as i've come to expect from Cabinet Parts} One slight thing you need to do is to make it clear that the hinges are shipped in bulk, no screws included. It was only through a review posted by another buyer that I found this out and ordered them separately with my order. These hinges are a quality product and will be a nice touch for my project.
