Had a great experience locating replacement hinges for a very old cabinet. The response was quick and the replacement part was the correct revision/part number and fit perfectly. Price was good and shipping was quick.

Forced into this one since they don't make the original. One screw replaces two. Screw holes to the back of the door don't match very well. Will not set flush on a 3/4" face frame. Still have cabinet doors off...

I ordered 1" overlay hinges to install on new kitchen cabinet doors. They fit fine. They were easy to install. But, the soft close function is wonky. Some of them close efficiently, as expected. Others close part way then need a push to finish closing. And others, just hang halfway closed. Resulting in a manual push all the way to closing. I don't recommend these. And I don't recommend this company.

Admittedly, I share a good deal of the responsibility for the multiple orders placed for hinges. However, the return process is pretty disappointing. I had ordered 3 sets of this hinge type in 3 different sizes. One set was ordered when the project was initiated (late Dec). I took the contractor's word for the offset sizing. Which was 1/4". After months of delay due to the contractor being a grifter, it finally got underway with the cabinet door phase in late April. On the advice of the new contractor, I ordered 3/4" hinges. Within an hour, the contractor called to amend that recommendation to 1". I called Cabinet Parts to inform them of my mistake. I was told it was too late to cancel the 3/4" hinges. I had to let both sets be delivered then call for a return authorization. During that call, I also discussed returning the original order of 1/4" hinges and was assured I could return those as well. On the day the new (2 separate boxes) hinges were delivered, we determined the 1" hinges were correct. I then called Cabinet Parts again to get the return authorizations for the other 2 boxes. This is where is gets crappy... First, I was told the 1/4" hinges could not be returned because the order was "too old". The hinges hadn't been installed, they were in perfect condition... just too old. So, I have to eat that $140. Second, I was given an authorization for the 3/4" hinges MINUS shipping charges (both ways). So, I can get back $113 of a $148 order. The package was shipped via FedEx in it's original box with all hinges untouched (I never opened the box) on May 4th. It's now 10 days later and I don't have a refund. I don't even have an acknowledgement that the box was received. I'm so tired of all the disappointments.
