    Received 4 bags of hinges quickly. Bags were not labeled and hard to see what was what for sizing. Called customer service but they were no help. Was told someone would call me within 1 business day. That did not happen. They are slow at answering emails so it took over a week to find out which hinge was which. Hinges work fine but the service is not there.

    Great help online and over the phone with measuring. The hinges came the next day and they were so easy to install. The slow close hinges are so much better than the "thud" I was listening to get louder over the years. So glad I found this company. Friendly and professional service!

    The 24 year old hinges on our Merillot cabinets would not hold the doors closed. I replaced all the hinges with these soft close hinges. The fit well and work well.
