Absolutely no problem or issue when dealing with this company. They go above and beyond great customer service. It was a pleasure to speak with a customer representative when making sure the correct hinges were ordered for our kitchen cabinets. I don’t recall the representative’s name but she was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely pleasant. A great company to do business with. Thank you.

this site helped me figure out what i needed to replace my broken cabinet door hinges -- I bought 2 different sizes to be safe, but I could have just believed them in the first place and gotten the one they recommended. Received them quickly and easily fixed my cabinets -- they now open all the way, and close completely. I know this sounds really minor, but from just a regular person, this made a HUGE difference. This is a replacement hinge for 830-33 - the hinge itself and its soft close capabilities are great. However, you have to recut the mounting holes for the screws on the door though and remove the old anchors. They don't line up from the old 830-33 hinge.

We recently repainted our cabinets and In the process of doing so, decided to switch out for soft close hinges. I was able to take pictures of our current hinges and the team help determine which soft close hinges were similar to the ones we had. Thankfully we did not have to drill any new holes in our cabinets. The hinges fit perfectly and screwed right in to the existing holes.The reason I docked one star is because the screw that held the hinges to the cabinet bases were all missing. Thankfully since I didn’t initially plan on switching to soft close, I had saved our old hinges and screws in baggies labeled with which door and cabinet base they attached to so I was able to reuse our old screws to attach each soft close hinge to the base. Maybe it was my oversight and they aren’t included, if so it seems very odd since the screws to attach them to the doors were included. These soft close hinges are wonderful though- don’t hesitate to purchase.
