Absolutely no problem or issue when dealing with this company. They go above and beyond great customer service. It was a pleasure to speak with a customer representative when making sure the correct hinges were ordered for our kitchen cabinets. This wrap mount part was not a direct replacement for the Grass 830-19. The piece attaching to the door frame is too thick compared to the original. I had to cut the cabinet frame to create a recess for the thickness of the mount plate,

You had the hinge that we needed. It was difficult to find our 1/4 inch overlay cabinet hinge for a 30 year old kitchen cabinet, thank god you had it.
