by Angelo from San Francisco, CAQuality is good and easy to install; however, it's way too small and wastes much of the cabinet space. Unable to return because it was installed. Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.

by Lung from Oyster Bay, NYI placed my order over the weekend and submitted a change request within 15 minutes. I received a message stating that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. However, when I called on Monday morning to make sure the finish change, I was told that the order had already shipped and that it could not be stopped or exchanged. I was instructed to return the package and place a new order, while also being charged a $23 return shipping fee. Customer Service dropped the ball, and customers should not be responsible for paying return shipping charges when a timely change/cancel order request was submitted and no one followed up as promised. Because of this experience, I have decided to return all of my orders and will no longer do business with your company.

by Michael from Boulder, CONot impressed with customer support. We like to get ahead of ordering for our projects. We ordered the wrong one. It sat in a box for a couple months before we realized it was the wrong one. Yes, that was our fault. However, cabinet parts wouldn't let us exchange this new, in the box product, for the right size.
