I am very happy with the quality of this corner organizer. I highly recommend watching UTube videos on installing it. I was not happy with the customer representative at CabinetParts.com that I spoke with when I ordered this item. I was told to order an item that I did not need and I asked if the metal installation tool is included with the unit. He said that it is. Well, it is not. I called to return the item that was not needed and was very happy with the representative that I spoke with. My only worry is if I am charged a shipping fee for the return. I will be ordering from CabinetParts.com again.

I ordered the Lemans 2 blind corners form Cabinet Parts. Unfortunately I did not have the width of the cabinet opening and the cabinets were too large. I contacted and asked if I could exchange them for a smaller size and was told that since it was over 30 days I could not return or exchange. I had to order the smaller blind corner and now have to try and sell them online.

Quality is good and easy to install; however, it's way too small and wastes much of the cabinet space. Unable to return because it was installed. Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.

I placed my order over the weekend and submitted a change request within 15 minutes. I received a message stating that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. However, when I called on Monday morning to make sure the finish change, I was told that the order had already shipped and that it could not be stopped or exchanged. I was instructed to return the package and place a new order, while also being charged a $23 return shipping fee. Customer Service dropped the ball, and customers should not be responsible for paying return shipping charges when a timely change/cancel order request was submitted and no one followed up as promised. Because of this experience, I have decided to return all of my orders and will no longer do business with your company.
