by John from Rochester, NYThis unit was installed in an oddly configured cabinet. The compound door did not swing out to 90 degrees. Looking at the video, which was probably not for a 45 Series Tray, I was worried that there would be interference with the door. However, the 45 series unit does not come close to 90 degrees. More like 70, so the installation did not need to be modified. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and installation assisting jig provided with the unit. You loose a bit of space in the cabinet, but the all the items at the back are accessible now without breaking my back.

Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.

by Lung from Oyster Bay, NYI placed my order over the weekend and submitted a change request within 15 minutes. I received a message stating that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. However, when I called on Monday morning to make sure the finish change, I was told that the order had already shipped and that it could not be stopped or exchanged. I was instructed to return the package and place a new order, while also being charged a $23 return shipping fee. Customer Service dropped the ball, and customers should not be responsible for paying return shipping charges when a timely change/cancel order request was submitted and no one followed up as promised. Because of this experience, I have decided to return all of my orders and will no longer do business with your company.

The drawer boxes are very well made and fit perfectly. But the holes in the back are slightly oversized, and I had to fill them with a bit of hot glue at assembly to make it work. Not a big deal, but should probably be drilled 6 mm instead of 1/4" .
