by Michael from Boulder, CONot impressed with customer support. We like to get ahead of ordering for our projects. We ordered the wrong one. It sat in a box for a couple months before we realized it was the wrong one. Yes, that was our fault. However, cabinet parts wouldn't let us exchange this new, in the box product, for the right size.

However, the directions that came with it were pretty awful and the video on your website doesn’t match the directions so the video was no help either. The only way I was able to install it was by finding a third-party YouTube video that explained it perfectly. Having said all that I love Schell. It was very easy to install once I watch the third-party video. You guys really need to fix the video on your website.

by Marty from Pittsburgh, PAThis product is absolutely amazing. I took the measurements and ordered the kit. Straight forward instructions, exceptionally engineered, and absolutely perfect. Took about an hour to install as I read the instructions thoroughly upon installation and took my time and didn't rush through it. Now, there's no more wasted / unreachable space. Shelves have a finish on them to keep items from slipping, which is a nice touch. Very well made product and worth the cost. I couldn't be happier. Top notch!

Be CERTAIN you’re getting the exact one you want - if you order wrong or even change your mind there’s no way to return it - they say any damage to the packaging makes it non returnable. What they don’t say is that the packaging is so delicate it won’t even survive the trip to your house. The installation instructions suck, and getting support is not easy. But I got it all worked out and it’s a delight to use.

I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
