by Keith from Bella Vista, ARThe set arrived in perfect condition and was complete. I did have some trouble figuring out the instructions which were a series of drawings and no description. I finally looked on the internet and found a short instructional video which made the install very simple. The parts list stated there should be 15 countersink screws but were actually a mix of countersink and pan-head. I ended up using some of my own countersink screws to complete the I stall. The unit works perfectly. I would have rated it a 5 if it had better instructions and the right screws.

by Angelo from San Francisco, CAQuality is good and easy to install; however, it's way too small and wastes much of the cabinet space. Unable to return because it was installed. Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.

by Lung from Oyster Bay, NYI placed my order over the weekend and submitted a change request within 15 minutes. I received a message stating that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. However, when I called on Monday morning to make sure the finish change, I was told that the order had already shipped and that it could not be stopped or exchanged. I was instructed to return the package and place a new order, while also being charged a $23 return shipping fee. Customer Service dropped the ball, and customers should not be responsible for paying return shipping charges when a timely change/cancel order request was submitted and no one followed up as promised. Because of this experience, I have decided to return all of my orders and will no longer do business with your company.
