by James from Tallassee, ALThis is a great product for a blind corner. Works very well. Two major issues though. The kit does not include the shim that is needed for a faceframe cabinet and the install screws are also not included. Web site page says nothing about that. Also, the install video needs updating. The kit only includes a paper template that is almost impossible to understand. I managed to figure it and it all worked well in the end. But I had to call and order the shim and screws.

Now that it's in, it's incredible, so it's worth it. No soft close that I can tell, though. Although maybe that's installation error? Still works great. Computer on the champagne is much closer to a stainless steel than it is to brushed brass or champagne gold.
