by Phillip from EDMONDS, WAWe had a blind corner cabinet adjacent to a range that prevented us from using some of the other blind corner hardware that was more square in shape. This "surfboard" design works perfectly! The top shelf just clears the front of the range by about 1/8" when fully open. The bottom shelf was easy to adjust with the included stop hardware as it did not quite fully open. The included written instructions were horrendous! How ever I found two videos on youtube made by the manufacturers. By following those and ignoring the written instructions I had this installed in less then 45 minutes. Super easy glide hardware.

Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.

by Lung from Oyster Bay, NYI placed my order over the weekend and submitted a change request within 15 minutes. I received a message stating that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. However, when I called on Monday morning to make sure the finish change, I was told that the order had already shipped and that it could not be stopped or exchanged. I was instructed to return the package and place a new order, while also being charged a $23 return shipping fee. Customer Service dropped the ball, and customers should not be responsible for paying return shipping charges when a timely change/cancel order request was submitted and no one followed up as promised. Because of this experience, I have decided to return all of my orders and will no longer do business with your company.

These are well made rails but soft close mechanism is too week to work with my double garbage bin cabinet drawer as it won’t pull it closed. Spring isn’t strong enough so don’t so don’t spend the extra money for the feature if your drawer has any weight t
