I bought this to access the blind corner but based on height of overall shelves may build something myself instead. It is a slick mechanism but does not access enough of the space locked into the blind corner.

Arrived broken, box was intact. After several communications with the company, they sent the replacement. I was grateful! Seems to function ok, although I wish both levels pulled out at the same time.

I placed my order over the weekend and submitted a change request within 15 minutes. I received a message stating that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. However, when I called on Monday morning to make sure the finish change, I was told that the order had already shipped and that it could not be stopped or exchanged. I was instructed to return the package and place a new order, while also being charged a $23 return shipping fee. Customer Service dropped the ball, and customers should not be responsible for paying return shipping charges when a timely change/cancel order request was submitted and no one followed up as promised. Because of this experience, I have decided to return all of my orders and will no longer do business with your company.
