Upon receipt of a "40 series" unit, we realized we needed the larger "60" and ordered it. We got authorization to return the "40", and drove 70 miles to the warehouse and returned it. The '60" was on the floor and we took it home. We are still looking forward to reimbursement of paid shipping. Several days later we were notified that we would not be reimbursed for the returned unit, since we had cut off the locking tabs on the carton when opening it. We again drove to the warehouse to reclaim the unit, since we had paid for it. It had a big red "scrap" label on it. Apparently the carton was worth more than the product it contained. I will not do business with Cabinet Parts again.

I dont have any complaints about the product nor the customer service because both were excellent. However, I needed customer service because of this minor oversight when placing the order. My husband is building my custom cabinets. He did the measurements and sted you need to buy the 40 series. I put that item in my basket. When I purchased ( I am not sure it this site has rectified this issue), you were given an option on what size. I asked him what size tray can I have; he stated that I could have any size as long as it was the 40 series set. The short of it is that when you change the tray size, the system automatically adjusts the series size. There wasn't a description when choosing the tray size that the larger tray upgraded the series. The only notation was left swing/right swing and the tray size- that was it. I only realized that I had inadvertently changed the series after receiving the info that my packages were shipping. Just be alert when you are checking out that you have the exact item that you started with, making sure that your options did not alter your initial choice.

This was the easiest product to order and install, I e mailed them to say that I ordered the wrong side. I received a phone call from them asking exactly what I needed. Shipped it, several days later received it. Installed it within 2 hrs. Very easy

I placed my order over the weekend and submitted a change request within 15 minutes. I received a message stating that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. However, when I called on Monday morning to make sure the finish change, I was told that the order had already shipped and that it could not be stopped or exchanged. I was instructed to return the package and place a new order, while also being charged a $23 return shipping fee. Customer Service dropped the ball, and customers should not be responsible for paying return shipping charges when a timely change/cancel order request was submitted and no one followed up as promised. Because of this experience, I have decided to return all of my orders and will no longer do business with your company.
