- 4 of 5 Nice - February 13th, 2026
by Matthew from Chicago, ILGreat product, works very well. Direction and options made for install go well despite various different scenarios that can occurs with cabinet. I might have been able to go with slightly larger size based on how my door opened so only wish to measure a bit more carefully before purchase.

1 of 5 Way too small to be practical May 27th, 2026
by Angelo from San Francisco, CAQuality is good and easy to install; however, it's way too small and wastes much of the cabinet space. Unable to return because it was installed. Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.
This review is about a different size/color of this item. (HAF-541.32.441)

1 of 5 Poor Customer Service June 22nd, 2026
by Lung from Oyster Bay, NYI placed my order over the weekend and submitted a change request within 15 minutes. I received a message stating that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. However, when I called on Monday morning to make sure the finish change, I was told that the order had already shipped and that it could not be stopped or exchanged. I was instructed to return the package and place a new order, while also being charged a $23 return shipping fee. Customer Service dropped the ball, and customers should not be responsible for paying return shipping charges when a timely change/cancel order request was submitted and no one followed up as promised. Because of this experience, I have decided to return all of my orders and will no longer do business with your company.
This review is about a different size/color of this item. (HAF-541.32.141)
