    I ordered this part on May 13th, and as of May 28th, I am still waiting for it to arrive. Despite that, I received an email asking me to review a product I haven’t even received yet. Customer service has not been helpful either. Contacting them simply redirects me to the FedEx tracking number with no additional support or updates. To make matters worse, I was charged $8 shipping for a very small package of hardware. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience due to the delay, lack of communication, and poor customer support.

    Got these plus hinges to upgrade my kitchen cabinets. Amazing how the closing noise was eliminated over previous hinges.Work great. Techech support was very helpful in getting the correct parts. Thar's why I am a returning customer.

    When looking for a soft close, there are many places to choose from when purchasing. With Cabinet Parts, the support along with the quality of their products is why I choose to use them when replacing the hinges in the cabinets I'm working on. They are quality made and cost a lot less than most other brands. I would recommend using Cabinet Parts for all your needs.

    Came on time and was exact replacement. I needed slightly larger diameter screws because the hole in the cabinet got larger.This is the screws that attach hinge to the frame not to the doors
