I bought this to replace an existing hinge set. I chose this hinge based on the company's "100% Confidence" hinge selecting tool. After installing it (I've done about 10 bath, kitchen or den custom cabinet installs) I could not get it to adjust to its advertised overlay like the old hinges (soft close had quit working). I contacted the company's "Expert Customer Service" and was sent to the manufacturer's website (which does not exist for this hinge). After reporting this, I was sent to a competing manufacturer's website. When I explained yet again what the problem was, the company quit responding. Follow up emails were ignored. It's about a 35 min. drive one-way to the local cabinet parts supply so I thought I would give CabinetParts a try. Never again.

Soft close European hinges for cabinets can be so tricky to find the right size at big box stores. I found it on this site in seconds. Also, it was even titled "Builders Line". This really helped as I was replacing the basic / "cheap" hinge used during the construction. My only issue is the shipping is expensive. I should've ordered a couple extra as it was a flat rate to ship. This would've justified the price more. I highly recommend & will used again
