When I received my soft close hinges and hinge the hinges do not clip securely on the plates so they don’t stay attached when opening and closing the doors. I put a call into customer service and they we’re supposed to get back with me with a resolution to the problem but so far to this date ( July 8 2026) no response. I would like to have hinges and plates that work together properly but if that is not an option I would like to have my money refunded

Hole pattern of matching cabinet bracket doesn't match originals so allow for that adjustment. The hole plug of the door bracket is not matched with original so some adjustment there. Paired cabinet bracket is somewhat substandard but usable. For the price, these pairs work fine, just go slow and make sure you are matching the two parts or you will have to start over and redrill.

Solid construction. Work great. No complaints. I actually removed the dowel and just used screws to mount. I'm not a cabinet builder so I had to contact customer service for help. Learned that the bore needs to be 5mm from the edge of the door.
