Sherry was a HUGE help to me when I was in need of a particular cabinet hinge!! My wife and I bought our home new 23 years ago and a corner cabinet hinge had finally had enough. I spent a great deal of time, on and off, for months at a time, and ordered a hinge from others I hoped would work but did not. Some how, I don’t remember, I came across cabinetparts and contacted their customer service department. Sherry quickly responded and helped me. She asked for pictures and a number of other questions, and to make a long story short, Sherry sent the right part the first time and my wife is talking to me again! The hinge on our most used cabinet door finally wore out after twenty plus years. I found what I needed at Cabinet Parts and was able to replace it myself after watching a YouTube video.

I purchased this item as a replacement for an older model. Alas, the mounting holes did not quite align with the older model. I will perform some minor metalwork and try to make do with it, because the hardware does do exactly what I want, but as a drop-in replacement for an older model, it's close, but no cigar.
