I don't have a problem with the items, as they were as described. However, I have called 2x's and I've tried to start a return process through your website to no avail. The items I ordered were not the correct hinges that I needed and I need to return them. When I spoke to the girl at your office, she said she would start a return and that I should receive an email within 24 hours, it's been over a week and still nothing. I also tried several times on the website using your click buttons and still nothing. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and hopefully that will get your attention.

The clip top feature is just one of the excellent features on this product; push a button and the hinge releases from the mounting plate!Handy when working alone. Great value, closes just soft enough for me.

I sent photos to confirm the product that I needed including the numbers on the product. Regretfully, the wrong hinge was delivered. By comparing the range of motion between the original hinge and the one sent to me, It was obvious that the replacement would not close the cabinet door completely.

These Blum hinges are really great. They did not come with mounting screws or installation instructions. I wish I knew that when I ordered them. It's not that big of a deal as I was able to find installation instructions and screws online but it would be nice to know when ordering.
