I do have to say that I was anticipating a tedious install with vague instructions and was surprised at how easy it was to install. There was a metal “jig” that came with it and was used for alignment and placement. I never had to use my tape measure! Kudos to who ever engineered this and set up the installation method. I have been in the industry 18 years and this one made me smile.

Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.

by Lung from Oyster Bay, NYI placed my order over the weekend and submitted a change request within 15 minutes. I received a message stating that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours. However, when I called on Monday morning to make sure the finish change, I was told that the order had already shipped and that it could not be stopped or exchanged. I was instructed to return the package and place a new order, while also being charged a $23 return shipping fee. Customer Service dropped the ball, and customers should not be responsible for paying return shipping charges when a timely change/cancel order request was submitted and no one followed up as promised. Because of this experience, I have decided to return all of my orders and will no longer do business with your company.

I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
